The Cyril Critchlow collection was opened today
by Ken Dodd at
Blackpool Central Library.
I was fortunate to have an invite. First we had lunch and were entertained by members of the Magic Circle. We had a preview of the collection of Ephemera left behind by Cyril. Ken Dodd gave a tribute and we had a good laugh at all of his jokes.
He has to be the UK's funniest comedian.

Crafted with limited supplies. Whisky helps too.

Made some backgrounds by using watercolour crayons scribbled on paper and dragged out with a waterbrush. Spritzed with home made shimmer mist. Stamped over this and cut into strips then did some paper piecing for the backgrounds.
